Mud Pumps for Oil and Gas Drilling Applications

Halliburton is a large oilfield services corporation and manufacturer of the rugged HT-400 triplex mud pump.

LEWCO manufactures heavy duty oilfield mud pumps, parts, and accessories.

National mud pumps are now manufactured by National Oilwell Varco.

Oilwell mud pumps are now manufactured by National Oilwell Varco.

Skytop Brewster mud pumps are no longer available as new pumps. Skytop Brewster was acquired while in bankruptcy by National-Oilwell, Inc. in November, 1999.

Wheatley mud pumps are now manufactured by National Oilwell Varco.

Duplex Mud Pumps and Triplex

Gaso mud pumps are manufactured by National Oilwell Varco. Gaso was acquired as "Wheatley Gaso" by National-Oilwell in the year 2000 from Halliburton.

Gardner Denver, Inc, founded in 1859, is based in Quincy, Illinois. Gardner Denver Duplex mud pumps and Triplex mud pumps are demanding item in both offshore and onshore drilling.

Ellis Williams (acquired by LeTourneau January, 2000). Ellis Williams pumps are now manufactured and sold under the brand name LEWCO. Ellis Williams Co., also known as EWCO, was acquired by LeTourneau, the rig-building subsidiary of Houston-based Rowan Companies. In May, 2002 Varco International accounced that it had entered into an agreement with LEWCO (LaTourneau Ellis Williams Co.) where LEWCO will manufacture heavy duty oilfield mud pumps, parts, and accessories while the Varco division would be responsible for distribution and sales.

Continental Emsco (acquired by National-Oilwell July, 1999). Continental Emsco Drilling Products, Inc., which consisted of Emsco drilling machinery and Wilson mobile rigs, was purchased by National-Oilwell, Inc on July 7, 1999. Continental Emsco manufactured both duplex and triplex pumps and many of these models are still available as used equipment.
